Industrial Remote Control Systems for Crane Service
In the past two decades the industrial remote control technology has evolved many times to its perfection. Model # DSST:
*The model is developed for proportional and non-proportional hydraulic crane applications requiring up to twelve radio remote control functions.
*The toggle switch controls with trigger provides variable speed control of hydraulic pump solenoids.
*And the split signal capability allows combined boom movements including 'up and sideways' and 'extend and winch down'.
*In addition, the toggle switch controls must be activated first before trigger switch and speed control will work.
*Basically the weatherproof receiver can be crane mounted and interfaces easily to crane electrical system with OEM style plug-in connector.
Transmitter specifications: The frequency operation of this system is almost 902-928 MHz FHSS (869.7 and 2.4GHz available). And the transmitter power is 100mW.
The method of transmission is almost 56 bit DES encryption key. The system has internal on card PCB mount that no visible antennas to damage. The normal range of this system is 500 feet (up to 2000ft available with external antenna).
The system is constructed with rugged weatherproof polymer enclosure with unique procedure. And the battery life is almost 30 hours continuous with audible low battery warning and flashing low battery indicator. And the rechargeable Lithium Ion included with 12/24VDC charger.
