در سال همت مضاعف و كار مضاعف





در اين دعائى كه در آغاز هر سال، در هنگام تحويل، همه مي‌خوانيم، اين فِقره جالب توجه است كه مي‌فرمايد: «حوّل حالنا الى احسن الحال». نمي‌فرمايد ما را به روز نيكى، حال نيكى برسان؛ به پروردگار عرض مي‌كند ما را به بهترين حال‌ها، به بهترين روزها، به بهترين وضعيت‌ها برسان. همت والاى انسان مسلمان همين است كه در همه‏ى عرصه‏ها به بهترين‌ها دست پيدا كند.

 


تعريف اوليه پرتال بسيار ساده است : "مکاني که ساده ترين کاربران اينترنت با رجوع به آن   بتوانند به راحتي از سرويس هاي متداول در اينترنت بهره مند شوند و يا اطلاعات مورد نياز خود در را بدست آورند ". هريک از اين کلمات دقيقا نشان دهنده ويژگي خاصي از پرتال هستند:        

  مکان : در اکثر موارد پرتال به عنوان يک وب سايت با ويژگي هاي خاص شناخته مي شود. اين وب سايت مي تواند يک واسط (   Interface   ) بين کاربران و تعدادي وب سايت زير مجموعه پرتال باشد و يا اينکه به عنوان وب سايتي واسط، بين کاربران و اينترنت قرار گيرد. اما تعاريفي نيز وجود دارند که مستقيما از لغت وب سايت استفاده نکرده در اين مورد سکوت مي کنند : "پرتال دروازه اي است به سايتهاي ديگر " و يا "پرتال نقطه ورود کاربران به اينترنت است " .    

ساده ترين کاربران : کاربراني که به پرتال مراجعه مي کنند ، لزوما کاربران حرفه اي اينترنت نيستند. پرتال اين توانايي را به کاربران مي دهد که حتي کم تجربه ترين آنها بتواند از اطلاعات و سرويسهاي ارائه شده استفاده کند . بر حسب نوع پرتال ، کاربران آن نيز متفاوتند و شامل کاربران معمولي ، مشتريان ، توليدکنندگان ، کارمندان سازمان و... باشند. سرويس هاي متداول در اينترنت : هر وب سايتي بر حسب نوع فعاليت کاري خود ارائه دهنده سرويس خاصي است . اما يک پرتال بايد توانايي ارائه سرويس هاي عمومي باشد نظير سرويس پست الکترونيک رايگان ، انجمن ،تالار گفتگو ، اخبار ، نقشه هاي مرتبط با موضوع پرتال ، جستجو در سايتهاي زير مجموعه و اينترنت ، شخصي سازي توسط کاربر و شخصي سازي توسط پرتال( Tailoring   ) باشد . در پرتالهاي تجاري خدمات خريد و فروش آنلاين ، ارائه کاتالوگ و سيستمهاي پرداخت لحاظ مي گردند .

اطلاعات مورد نياز : يکي از ويژگي هاي پرتال دريافت اطلاعات از سايتهاي ديگر( Content aggregation   ) است . پرتال تنها دريافت کننده اطلاعات است و آنها را به اشتراک مي گذارد . به عبارت بهتر پرتال اطلاعاتي که در سايتها و پايگاههاي مختلف وجود دارد را سازماندهي کرده و نمايش مي دهد. در نظر داشته باشيد که اين اطلاعات بايد استاندارد شده باشند .    

بنا براين ويژگي‌هاي اصلي يک پرتال عبارت اند از:          

  1. تجمع اطلاعات      
  2. هدف دار بودن اطلاعات  
  3. دردسترس بودن اطلاعات          
  4. دريچه ورود منحصر به فرد

امروزه ايستگاه هاي كاري روميزي به ابزار كار دانشمندان و افراد حرفهاي تبديل شدهاند. بدون آموزش و زمان كافي براي اداره اين سيستم ها، آسيبپذيري آنها در برابر حملات داخلي و خارجي افزايش مي يابد. ايستگاههاي كاري اغلب توسط افرادي اداره ميشوند كه كار اصلي آنها اداره ايستگاه كاري نيست و از ديد آنها ايستگاه كاري فقط ابزاري است براي كمك به انجام وظايف شغلي. بنابراين اگر ايستگاه كاري برپا باشد، شخص راضي است. اين ديدگاه سهل انگارانه و آسانگير به امنيت رايانه مي تواند بسيار خطرناك باشد. سيستم  ها بايد به گونه اي طراحي شوند كه مسأله امنيت، پيش فرض آنها باشد و كاركنان بايد ابزار كافي براي وارسي امنيت سيستم هايشان داشته باشند. البته با آموزش مناسب و ابزارهاي كافي باز هم تهديدات باقي خواهند ماند و اشكالات امنيتي جديد و روشهاي جديد حمله به كار گرفته ميشوند. در اغلب سازمانها راه مناسبي براي انتشار اطلاعات مربوط به امنيت ICT  وجود ندارد. 

نفوذگران، دسترسي نامحدود و تقريباً غيرقابل ردگيري به سيستم هاي رايانه اي دارند. ثبت يك شبكه ميزبان، مانند واردكردن شماره تلفن مودمها در دفترچه تلفن مي باشد. بدون ايمن كردن خطوط مودم (با تماس ـ برگردان يا رمزنگاري) نبايد چنين كاري انجام داد.

راه حل هاي جديد از قبيل «سيستم گسترده تشخيص نفوذ»  (DIDS)يا راهگاههاي فيلتركننده در حال پيدايش هستند. DIDSبر فعاليت هاي داخل يك زيرشبكه نظارت مي كند. راهگاه  هاي فيلتركننده براي اعمال خط مشي شبكه، در واسط با خارج از شبكه طراحي مي  شوند. چنين راه  حلهايي اجازه مي دهد كه سازمان از اكثر مزاياي شبكه استفاده كند و در عين حال دسترسي نفوذگران محدود شود.

ازآنجاكه صحت، تماميت، محرمانه بودن، عدم انكار اصل و وصول پيام فرستاده شده در محيط‌هاي الکترونيکي، رفع اختلاف احتمالي بين طرفين معامله و احراز اصالت افراد و اسناد براي انجام عمليات تجارت الكترونيكي ضروري است، براي حفظ تماميت پيام و جلوگيري از جعل كردن آن از فنون رمزنگاري استفاده مي شود. از طرفي مراجع گواهي (    (CA     بعنوان طرف سوم درصورت بروز اختلاف بين طرفين معامله، با استفاده از كليدهايي كه نزد خود دارد، اعتبار و اصالت پيام را گواهي و تائيد مي‌كند.  

پروژه مركز صدور گواهي ديجيتال با هدف دستيابي به امكانات فوق در كشور و ايجاد آن در وزارت بازرگاني تعريف شده است.   

 قابليت ها و خدمات قابل ارائه:  

اين مركز امكان ارائه كليه خدمات مراكز صدور گواهي ديجيتال ريشه ملي و همچنين مراكز صدور گواهي مياني را فراهم مي آورد. ازجمله اين سرويس ها مي‌توان به احراز هويت افراد در محيط سايبر،‌ امكان رمزنگاري و محرمانه نمودن متون ارسالي،‌ اطمينان از يكپارچگي متون ارسالي و دريافتي، ‌ارائه سرويس مهر زماني براي اسناد و فراهم نمودن بستر لازم براي دعاوي حقوقي در محيط هاي سايبر اشاره نمود:

o           امضاي ديجيتال                        Digital signature  

o           مهر زماني Time stamping
